RESERVATIONS TIMINGS:

Reservations are booked on a 2-hour dining time for two people, with the table, maybe, rebooked shortly after

Management reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking and allocate the space to another client.
Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare will hold your table for 15 minutes from your reservation time. Please advise the restaurant as soon as possible if you are running late.

Sunday bookings from 8.00 pm will need to vacant the table by 11.00 pm respecting our closing time.

BIG GROUPS & EVENTS:

WINE ROOM BOOKING POLICY:

RESERVATION TIMINGS: There is no time limit for seating in the Wine Room. Enjoy your experience at your leisure.

Management reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings and allocate the space to another client. Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare will hold your table for 15 minutes from your reservation time. Please advise the restaurant at your earliest convenience if you are running late.

MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENT: Any booking made in the Wine Room is subject to a minimum spending of $250 per person or you may choose our special degustation menu. This requirement ensures that we can provide you with the exceptional experience and personalized service expected in our exclusive Wine Room.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the Wine Room, including breakage of ornaments, decanters, wine bottles, or any other property within the room. Additionally, guests are responsible for any theft of wine or other items from the Wine Room during their reservation.

CCTV SURVEILLANCE: For your safety and security, please be aware that the Wine Room is under constant CCTV surveillance. This measure helps us ensure a secure environment for all guests and protects our property and yours throughout your visit.

BIG GROUPS & EVENTS: For groups larger than 6 guests, we place a high value on maintaining the ambience and ensuring a full, uninterrupted experience at our venue. Therefore, we recommend booking the exclusive use of the Wine Room. This allows your group to enjoy a private, luxurious dining experience tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Special Event Days:

Credit card details are required to guarantee all reservations at Pino's.

A cancellation charge of $50 per person will be incurred should you CANCEL your reservation or REDUCE your guest numbers within 24 hours of arrival or if you fail to arrive for the booking. (NO EXCEPTION)

Service Charge:

A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables of 10 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to our staff.

Credit Card Surcharge:

Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.

Sunday Surcharge:

Should your reservation fall on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10% will apply to all food and beverage prices.

Public Holiday Surcharge:

Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.
